Take attendance with a QR code
Display a code, check students who have not scanned it, and save attendance.
Before you start
Check that QR attendance is available for your account. Ask students to activate their accounts and sign in to the student app before class.
Steps
- Select the class session and choose Using QR Code.
- Display the code and keep the session open while students scan it.
- Continue to the final check. Confirm whether each student who has not scanned is present or absent.
- Review the summary and click Finish.
Check the result
Check that the saved attendance sheet includes both successful scans and the students you checked manually.
If something goes wrong
If a student cannot scan the code, confirm their presence during the final check. Univo does not check students’ locations.
