Update your profile or change the language

Edit your personal details and choose the language you want to use.

Before you start

Sign in and open Settings.

Steps

  1. Open Account settings and update the details you want to change.
  2. Click Save changes.
  3. To change the language, open the language menu and select English, French, or Arabic.
  4. Refresh the page and check your saved details.

Check the result

Check that your profile shows the changes and the page uses your chosen language.

If something goes wrong

You cannot change your email address in this form. Ask your account administrator for help if the address is incorrect.

Verify your email or reset your password

Confirm your email address or regain access after forgetting your password.

Check your trial and subscription

Find your plan and check when your access ends.
