Start or renew your subscription
Choose a plan, pay, and check that your subscription is active.
Before you start
Verify your email address and finish setting up your account before paying.
Steps
- Open Settings, then open the subscription upgrade options.
- Choose a semester or annual plan. Check the price and the start and end dates shown.
- Complete the payment and return to Univo.
- Check your subscription status in Settings.
Check the result
Check that the confirmed payment has started or extended your subscription and that the dates are correct.
If something goes wrong
A pending payment has not been confirmed yet. Check your payment history before paying again. If you need to retry a failed payment, start from Settings.
