Fix a problem
Report a problem or suggest an improvement
Tell the Univo team what happened or what you would like to change.
Before you start
Open the menu on your dashboard.
Steps
- Choose Report an Issue for a problem or Feature Suggestions for an idea.
- Describe what you tried, what happened, and what you expected.
- Include the page name and the approximate time of the problem, then send your message.
Check the result
Check that your message was sent.
If something goes wrong
Leave out passwords, activation links, and student details that are not needed to explain the problem. Check System Status if several parts of Univo are not working.
