Find a student missing from a class list
Check the student’s study details and the groups included in the class.
Before you start
Open the student’s details and the scheduled class details.
Steps
- Compare the institution, year of study, major, section, and group.
- Check whether the class includes the whole section or only specific groups.
- Ask the person who manages the student list or timetable to correct any details that do not match.
Check the result
Refresh the list after the correction and check whether the student appears.
If something goes wrong
Do not record attendance under another student’s name. Contact support if the details match but the student is still missing.
